The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has extended the last date for the MAH Nursing CET 2024. Candidates can submit their applications by March 31

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has extended the registration deadline again for the MAH Nursing CET 2024 exam. As per the latest update, candidates can now submit their application forms until March 31, 2024. Earlier, the last date to submit the MAH Nursing CET 2024 application forms was March 15. So now that the date has been extended, interested candidates can submit it by visiting the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

When submitting the MAH Nursing CET 2024 application forms, candidates must pay the application cost. Those from the open and EWS categories have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000, whereas candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories need to pay Rs 800.

MAH Nursing CET 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, register yourself with the required details and create a log in.

Step 3: As a new window opens, fill out the MAH Nursing CET 2024 application form as asked.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and upload the necessary documents as per the instructions.

Step 5: Check all the details and submit the form.

Candidates who have completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (Class 12) or its equivalent examination from a Maharashtra-based institution are eligible to sit for this test, with the exclusion of English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (Botany and Zoology).

As per the schedule, the MAH Nursing CET exam will be held on May 7 in a computer-based style. The computer-based test will be for 1 hour and 30 minutes and will be administered in English only.

There will be a total of 100 questions that will be divided into five sections: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Nursing Aptitude. For every correct answer, the candidate will get 1 mark.

The CET Cell also noted that there will be no maximum or upper age limit for admission to the BSc(N), MSc(N), ANM, GNM, PBB Sc(N), Post Basic Diploma, and Nurse Practitioner programmes. An official notification states that the upper age limit for applying to the MAH Nursing CET has been decreased. Previously, candidates may apply for the entrance examination at the age of 35, or 40 if they had a disability.
