The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) plans to announce the Constable GD Examination 2025 notice soon. The notification, which was set to be released on August 27, will now be made public tomorrow, September 5. According to the SSC’s official announcement, the delay was caused by administrative factors. Candidates interested in applying may visit the SSC’s official website, ssc.gov.in, for the most recent information. 

This announcement is for the recruitment of Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Riflemen (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoys in the Narcotics Control Bureau. The application deadline is presently planned for October 5, 2024, with the computer-based test scheduled for January-February 2025, however these dates may change due to the notification delay.

Candidates applying for the SSC Constable GD Exam 2025 must have passed at least Class 10 from a recognised board or institution and be between the ages of 18 and 23 years.

Step 2: Check the webpage for the latest news/recruitment.

Step 3: Search for Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles Examination 2025 link.

Step 4: Set up your login credentials and register.

Step 5: Fill out the application and log in using the same.

Step 6: Submit the required documents and pay the application fees.

Step 7: Review the information and complete the form.

Step 8: Print the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 application form and retain it for future reference.

The SSC GD examination paper will be computer-based and worth 160 marks, including 80 questions. General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi are the four areas that will be covered in the examination.

Shortly after the written test, candidates must take a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standard Test (PST), document verification, and a medical test.
