Cacau ready to shoot Germany into next round

Erasmia, South Africa: Germany gave Cacau a new life and a new passport, and the Brazilian-born striker is now ready to pay back with World Cup goals in Germany's decisive Group D match against Ghana.

Losing to Ghana could mean Germany's ouster from the World Cup and the earliest exit for the three-time champions in their history.

Cacau says the team will rebound from a 1-0 loss to Serbia and has "no doubt we will win" Wednesday's match at Soccer City.

Ghana has four points, followed by Germany and Serbia with three and Australia with one.
