Barcelona: Sevilla beat Athletic Bilbao 2-0 at home on Saturday to stay in the hunt for a top-four finish in the Spanish league.

Aleix Vidal headed a long pass over onrushing goalkeeper Gorka Iraizoz before slotting the ball into the open net for the third-minute lead.

Carlos Bacca then finished off a quick build up from the right flank in the 21st for the Colombia striker's 17th goal of the season, tying him with Barcelona's Neymar and Rayo Vallecano forward Alberto Bueno as the league's third-highest scorers.

Bilbao's first loss in six rounds saw midfielder Iker Muniain carried off after appearing to injure his left leg before half-time.

Sevilla pulled to within one point of fourth-place Atletico Madrid, while Bilbao remained in eighth.
