This wikiHow teaches you how to set the speaker mode as the default for all calls made and received on your iPhone without you having to switch every time.
Open your iPhone's Settings. This is the gray cog icon located on one of your home screens or in your “Utilities” folder.
Tap General.
Tap Accessibility.
Scroll down and tap Call Audio Routing.
Select Speaker. You will see a checkmark appear next to the word "Speaker." Your phone will now be set to speaker mode in every phone and FaceTime call you make. You will now see the speaker button highlighted every time you start a call. To exit speaker mode, tap on the button while in a call.
