4 die as car hits auto

RAJAHMUNDRY: Four persons died and eight others were injured when a speeding car hit an auto from behind on the canal road between Ravulapalem and Kothapeta on Monday morning.The deceased were identified as K Mariyamma (50) and G Manga Devi (40) of Balanagar in Kothapeta, A Bhimaiah (45) of Cheluvalapalli and D Ramesh (27) of Aynavilli.The injured were shifted to Kothapeta hospital. The bodies were sent for postmortem. The police registered a case.
