Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy screened an award-winning film ‘Panchi Banu, Udti Phirun’ (Invisible Wings) for  a select audience in the city recently. The film’s plot revolves around a handicapped girl who loses her limbs in a tragedy and goes on to become a swimming champion.

Sudha Rani, the film maker and dubbing rights holder of the Chinese adaptation of the film, said that the story is a great inspiration. “The girl makes her way to a  medical college which brings her success. We want to screen and show the film to as many people as we can inspire them to do things differently in life.”
