Mumbai: As the date of Baby B's arrival draws close, speculation about everything related to parents-to-be Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan is increasing by the day. Abhishek's buddy Sikander Kher revealed on a television show that Abhi is keen on a baby girl. So much so that he couldn't stop reiterating, "He really wants a baby girl." Yeh aur baat hai that Sikku conceded, "I can't believe he's having a baby. He is anyway very kiddish. But I'm sure he will mature now." Wonder what Abhi has to say to that?
Rahman all the way
A R Rahman did a show in Mumbai after a long time and the crowd (mostly teenagers) was maha khush. They kept chanting his name and wanted him to do a Jai Ho or a Dil Se! But Rahman being his gracious self, refrained from diverting attention from the Rockstar theme at the Bhavan's College grounds. In fact during a rukaavat, he belted out Satyamev Jayate but not any filmi number. Rahman ki baat hi alag hai! Keeping him company was an enthusiastic Ranbir Kapoor, who went down on one knee, pointed towards the Oscar winner and screamed, "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Mr A R Rahman!" Apart from AR, singer Javed Ali impressed the most. In fact he was too good... kaash film mein bhi he had sung more! RK's co-star Nargis Fakhri looked as nervous as a schoolgirl. Thank goodness, usko sirf dance karna tha.
Kangna Ranaut says no to item numbers
Yeh kya, Kangna Ranaut is in no jaldi to do item numbers. While most Bollywood girls will starve to shake their booty, Kangs does not want to and has been saying a firm nahin to them. But never say never Kangs... especially when the moolah flows.
Govinda and other celebs at chatt pooja celebrations
On Tuesday evening, Juhu beach was jampacked for the chatt pooja celebrations. Bollywood stars added to the festive fervour. Govinda played to the crowds while his Loot co-stars Suniel Shetty, Jaaved Jafri, Rakhi Sawant and Shweta Bharadwaj made merry along with Chichi and his jhatkas.
Tia Bajpai gets mobbed by crowd
Suna hai ki Tia Bajpai had an ekdum scary experience while shooting for her film, Lanka. She was all dolled up for the shot, that required her to sit in a jeep surrounded by a crowd outside a local theatre in Bijnor.However, the crowd went berserk and bechari Tia freaked out! Fortunately for her, the crew rescued her in time. Phew! Actress banna aasan nahin hai!
