Action on Vakkom report Soon: Chennithala

ALAPPUZHA: KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala has said that the corrective measures mentioned in the report of the Vakkom Purushothaman Committee constituted to study the party’s poor show in the last Assembly elections will be put into effect soon.He was speaking after inaugurating a meet of Congress activists at the Town Hall here on Monday.“The KPCC will study it and take necessary steps,” he said. He termed as baseless the allegations made against the Congress by a section of the media. “The committee report was not been leaked. The party would take action against those who worked against it in the last elections,” he said.
