Arnold Schwarzenegger immortalised in bronze

London: Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been immortalised in bronze after commissioning three statues of himself.

The 64-year-old has ordered eight-foot tall replicas of himself, which show the star posing in his body building days, reported Contactmusic.

The first statue has been completed and Schwarzenegger was photographed inspecting the piece at the TW Bronze gallery in Wallowa County, Oregon.

"His exact words were, this is fantastic, and he said it about four times," said TW Bronze artisan Tim Park.

The first statue has been shipped to Schwarzenegger's childhood home in Thal, Austria, where a museum there is dedicated to his life and career.

The second piece is reportedly going to be sent to Columbus, Ohio, where the actors classic professional body building competition is held every year.

Schwarzenegger will reportedly keep a third statue for himself.
