HYDERABAD: Election to the lone vacancy in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council will be held on November 4. The election has been necessitated due to the resignation of former chief minister K Rosaiah who has since been appointed as governor of Tamil Nadu.An election notification, it is learnt, would be issued on October 17 and the last date for filing of nomination papers is 24.The nominations will be scrutinised on October 25 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is October 27.
