Case against two women

BANGALORE: A village accountant of the 11th ACMM Court filed a case against two women for submitting forged documents to the court to avail bail for an accused. Farhan (38),  and Banu Begum (47), both residents of Mysore, are the accused.According to the complaint, one, Tabrez, was arrested by Hennur police in connection with a case reported in 2009. To obtain bail for him, the two women had come forward to give surety and on March 16  they had submitted documents related to  two different properties. But when the documents were sent for verification, it was learnt that the women had forged documents by using seal and signatures of the officials concerned. Ashoknagar police are further investigating the case based on the complaint by village accountant.
