The police claims that all are members of the Indian Mujahideen.
New Delhi: The chargesheets in the September 13 Delhi Blasts case will be filed on Wednesday.
The chargesheets will be filed against 5 accused who were arrested from the Capital soon after the Delhi blasts.
They are Zia - ur -Rehman, Mohammed Shakeel, Zeeshan, Shaquib Nissar and Mohammed Saif.
The police claims that all are members of the Indian Mujahideen which is believed to be an offshoot of the Students Islamic Movement of India or SIMI.
Saif was picked up during the controversial encounter at Baatla House in Jamia Nagar on the September 19.
The rest were arrested based on Saif's interrogation inputs.
All of them were students and according to the police, played a direct role in executing the blasts.
