We must capitalise on the situation to make ESIC a world renowned name.” He added that the ESIC has a few difficulties in the sector of primary healthcare which must be looked into and improved. The inaugural function also saw a presentation on packaging ESIC as a complete brand and on its achievements in the Diamond Jubilee year. The second session was scheduled to be addressed by resource experts from IIM, Bangalore and Infosys with an industry perspective provided by P Sadananda Maiya, director of Maiyya’s Beverages and Food.
