HYDERABAD: The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (Fapcci) is organising a statelevel workshop on "Dairy Development in Andhra Pradesh: A Changing Perspective" in association with the department of animal husbandry and dairy development and fisheries on its premises here on September 9.
The workshop will be conducted in collaboration with the state government and statutory bodies related to dairy industries like NDDB, APDDC, APLD, IDMC, Indian Immunological Limited, NABARD and media partner The New Indian Express.The workshop will be on specific topics like National Dairy Plan Relevant to AP, Present Scenario and Future Perspective of Dairy Industry in AP, Commercial Dairy Farming and Finance for New Dairy Products, Integrated Dairy Farming. Livestock Management and Health Care, Milk Chilling and Bulk Coolers, Clean Milk Production and Logistic Management, Food Safety and Hygiene, Latest Technology in Preparation and Preservation of Traditional Dairy Products.
