A compensation of Rs 5 lakh each has been announced for the families of those who got killed while Rs 3 lakh would be given to the injured.
Kolkata: At least 10 people were killed while over 50 got injured as an under-construction bridge collapsed in a busy area in the northern part of Kolkata. The rescue operations are on in full swing, with the Army also joining in along with NDRF and other agencies.
