New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Australian counterpart Malcolm Turnbull took a ride in the Delhi Metro on Monday.
The two leaders got on to the Blue Line of the Metro at Mandi House station. According to reports, they were received there by an enthusiastic crowd.

They later got down at Akshardham station and visited the Akshardham Temple where they were received by priests and given a guided tour.
Turnbull is in India on a four-day visit. This is first visit to the country.

After holding delegation-level bilateral talks and signing six pacts aimed at greater cooperation, the two heads of state left for Mandi House metro station.
The two leaders held comprehensive discussions on bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest and concern.
