New Delhi: Tigmanshu Dhulia's 'Paan Singh Tomar' has once again proved that the content is king at the box office. The film was not publicized like some of the other releases of this year still it managed to collect good money in the first weekend. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweets," PaanSinghTomar collected Rs 4.25 cr nett in its opening weekend [on limited screens/shows]. Fri 85 lacs, Sat 1.4 cr, Sun 2 cr. Superb!"

This is the second time when Dhulia and Irrfan Khan are working together on a project. Earlier they had worked on 'Haasil' which in a way launched Irrfan in the Hindi film industry.
'Paan Singh Tomar' seems to be all set to become Dhulia's second consecutive hit after 'Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster'.
