HUBLI: To probe how the PhD entrance exam question papers were uploaded to a website, Karnataka State Law University has set up a two-member inquiry committee. Law University V-C J S Patil told Express that advocate Suryaprakash from Bangalore and Prof JR Talageri, syndicate member of the university will be holding the inquiry and submitting a report within ten days.
