But a section of hoteliers are skirting from their responsibility and for making quick money they are selling stale food items. The authorities should create awareness against the sale of stale food and follow up with tough actions,” he said. He also alleged that some hotels use to keep the remaining food in the evening and after processing it serve the customers as breakfast next day.
