Samadhi Day observed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The 41st samadhi day of Sri Sathya Sai Baba was observed by the Sri Sathya Sai Orphanage Trust on Friday with a slew of service activities. Transport Minister V S  Sivakumar inaugurated the samadhi pooja. District panchayat president Ramani P Nair, Mudakkal panchayat president Adv. Lenin and N Balagopal remembered Sai Baba during the function. The samadhi pooja concluded with distribution of wheelchairs to physically challenged children and notebooks to poor students. Minister P K Jayalakshmi gave away wheelchairs and books.
