The exhibition is on till August 19. The Exhibition brings together over 1,50,000 designs of sarees, garments, precious and semi-precious jewellery, fashion and lifestyle accessories, diamond jewellery, imitation jewellary and much more. The artisans will be displaying and selling unique sarees of Mangalagiri, Narayanpet, Siddipet, Venkatgiri, Pochampally, Kalamkari, Banaras, Zari, Kota, Panthinis, Assam Moonga Silk, Kantha, Patola, Baluchari, Bandhej, Kosa Silk, Chinta mani, Kasauti work, among others. The exhibition also has on display the largest collection of wedding sarees, party wear Sarees, designer wear sarees and kids wear. Tribal jewellery from Orisa, jute jewellery from West Bengal, lacquer jewellery/ bangles, Bidri work silver inlay jewellery, hand made paper jewellery and pearls are also on display. The exhibition is on at the Kalinga Cultural Center Hall, near M.L.A.Colony Bus Stop, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, from August 17 to 19. first published:August 18, 2012, 08:51 ISTlast updated:August 18, 2012, 08:51 IST
