KANNUR: P K Vijayaraghavan, one of the vice-presidents of the Kannur District Congress Committee, has been assigned the charge of DCC president by the KPCC leadership. Vijayaraghavan took over as the new DCC president-in-charge on Wednesday morning.The post of DCC chief has been lying vacant after P Ramakrishnan was forced to quit the post in the wake of a row between him and the group led by K Sudhakaran MP.
