West Bengal JEXPO and VOCLET 2018 exam dates and notification have been released by the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development (WEBSCTE) on its official website – webscte.org. According to the notification, WEBSCTE is scheduled to conduct the JEXPO 2018 examination on Sunday, 29th April 2018, and VOCLET 2018 on Sunday, 6th May 2018 and admit cards for the same are expected to be released on 2nd April 2018. The result of these exams is tentatively scheduled to be released on 18th May 2018.
Candidates aspiring to take admissions in the First Year of Diploma in Engineering and Technology must apply for JEXPO 2018, while candidates eligible and interested in taking admissions in Second Year of Diploma in Engineering and Technology must apply for VOCLET 2018 on or before 5th March 2018.
JEXPO 2018 & VOCLET 2018 Application Process:
Candidates can apply for the JEXPO 2018 & VOCLET 2018 by obtaining application forms from any Government, Government-Sponsored and Self-Financed Polytechnics affiliated to WBSCT&VE&SD in the state of West Bengal and one centre in Tripura (JEXPO only). The application forms will be available till 5th March 2018.

JEXPO 2018 – Sunday, 29th April 2018
Academic Qualification:
1. The applicant must have passed/appeared in Class 10th with minimum 35% marks
2. The applicant must have passed Mathematics, Physical Science and English as mandatory subjects.
Age Limit:
The applicant must be born before 1st July 2003.
JEXPO 2018 Exam Pattern:
The JEXPO 2018 exam will comprise of two papers viz Mathematics (First Paper) and Physics and Chemistry (Second Paper). Both the papers will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
VOCLET 2018 – Sunday, 6th May 2018
Academic Qualification:
The applicant must have passed/appeared in Class 12th examination from WBSCT&VE&SD (VED) (Erstwhile WBSCVET)
Or
The applicant must have passed 2 years’ continuous course of ITI after Madhyamik or Equivalent examination from a recognized education board.
VOCLET 2018 Exam Pattern:
The VOCLET 2018 exam will also comprise of two papers viz “Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry” (First Paper) and “Mechanics and Computer” (Second Paper). Both the papers will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
