Gordon Ramsay's London restaurant Maze will be closing next year, and replaced with a new dining concept.
Meanwhile, plans are afoot to open a new restaurant in China and three more dining destinations in North America.
Those are among some of the revelations made this week in a filing by the Kavalake Group, the holding company for Ramsay's restaurant empire.
Earlier this year, the group also opened Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, which the report notes is performing ahead of expectations.
Located in London's tony Mayfair neighborhood, Maze has been one of Ramsay's flagship restaurants for 14 years, serving fusion Asian-European fare.
The restaurant, set in the London Marriott hotel, is set to shutter in January 2019 and will be replaced with a new dining concept under a 10-year lease.
