Ingredients For Semolina Roti

Semolina – 1 cup

Onion – 1 (chopped)

Green chilli – 2 medium-size

Coriander

Grated coconut

Tomato – small size

cooking oil

Salt to taste

How To Make Semolina Roti

Step 1: First, take a cup of semolina and soak it in water. After one minute, drain the water. Be careful and do not end up spilling the semolina while pouring out the water.

Step 2: Take the onion and cut it into small pieces.

Step 3: Cut green chillies and tomatoes similarly.

Step 4: Mix all of them and add chopped coriander leaves to the mixture.

Step 5: Add the veggies to semolina and grate some coconut on it.

Step 6: Add salt to taste and mix it well. Prepare the dough.

Step 7: Ensure that the dough is neither too thick nor too thin.

Step 8: Put tava on the stove and pour a few drops of oil. Take a portion of dough and press it with your hands to give it the shape of roti. Put it on the tava.

Step 9: Let it cook for two minutes.

Step 10: Flip it over to cook it from another side.

Step 11: Take the dosa out from the guard and put it on a plate. It is ready to be served with sambhar or any chutney.
