Ingredients

Cardamom infused tequila (60ml)

Spiced saffron liqueur (10ml)

Golden mango fresh puree (35ml)

Wild honey (20ml)

Lemon juice (15ml)

Mango yoghurt (30ml for clarification)

Method

Mix all ingredients with mango yoghurt and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Strain the mixture through filter paper.

Pour 120ml of the strained liquid over ice.

Garnish with cumin powder, cardamom powder & rock salt.

Ingredients

Tequila

Triple sec

Fresh mango puree

Freshly squeezed lime juice

Mango slice and chili powder (for garnish)

Johnnie Walker Blonde (60ml)

Fresh lime juice (20ml)

Mint leaves

Orange peel (garnish)

Method

Shake all ingredients well.

Method:

Salt (2gm)

Soda Water (120ml)

Method

Build all ingredients over ice in a wine glass.

Black Dog (50ml)

Cold brew coffee (30ml)

Vanilla syrup (10ml)

Vanilla Wafer (garnish)

Method

Shake all ingredients well and strain into a coup glass.

Ingredients

Smirnoff (60ml)

Fresh Mulberry (8 pieces)

Fresh lime juice (15ml)

Honey Syrup (25ml)

Fresh Ginger juice (10ml)

Soda water (60ml)

Ginger ale (60ml)

Mint springs and fresh mulberries (garnish)

Method

Muddle mulberries in glass.

Add remaining ingredients and ice cubes.

Top with crushed ice.

Garnish with mint and mulberries in a mule mug.

Italian Lemon Wedges (garnish)

Method

Build all ingredients over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients

For Hibiscus Concentrate

Dried Hibiscus flowers (1 cup)

Water (2 cups)

Sugar (1/4 cup)

For the Drink

Chilled Hibiscus Concentrate (1/2 cup)

Lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons)

Black salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Chilled water (to adjust consistency)

Mint leaves (for garnish)

Method

Make Hibiscus Concentrate: Simmer hibiscus flowers in water, strain, and dissolve sugar.

Prepare the drink: Combine chilled concentrate, lemon juice, black salt, and water. Stir well.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate, then serve over ice with mint garnish.

Ingredients

Cubed seedless watermelon (4 cups)

Fresh lime juice (1/4 cup)

Fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup)

Honey or simple syrup (2 tablespoons)

Ice cubes (2 cups)

Method

Blend watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey/syrup until smooth.
