Take a Look: Kim Kardashian Brings Back Old-School Charm in Mini Skirt, Bralette Co-ord Set

Kim Kardashian’s recent trip to Italy gave us a sneak peek into her fashion evolution that takes inspiration from the old-school charm. Case in point her recent picture from a yacht ride where she wore a sequined silver mini skirt along with a matching bralette top. The 41-year-old American businesswoman added her touch of glam to the look by wearing the silver co-ord set over a sheer black bodysuit featuring turtleneck.

The look highlighted her washboard abs as she posed on the yacht. She paired the look with black heeled boots and quintessential black sunglasses. Kim tied her platinum blonde hair in a bun with loose strands of hair framing her face. Sharing the look on Instagram, Kim added to the caption, “Bad News-Nothing lasts forever, Good News- Nothing lasts forever.”

Kim’s recent looks have been a mix of sheer fabrics, bodysuits, and they are mostly black. For the Italian wedding of her elder sister Kourtney Kardashian, Kim revealed that she upcycled her old black Dolce and Gabbana garments. In a tweet shared last week, the SKIMS clothing line founder revealed that her gown was a black maxi dress with a fishtail cut which she originally purchased in 2011. Kim wrote in her Instagram Story, “Fun fact about this look for the wedding! I know you guys just saw me in my archive on last week’s episode of The Kardashians! I have every piece photographed and on an app. So when I knew I was going to Italy I pulled all my Dolce & Gabbana clothes to try on again and see if I could re-wear anything.”

Considering Kourtney and Travis Barker were getting married in Italy, the Kardashians decided to pay homage to the Italian fashion house for the occasion.

To make the strapless dress more interesting and modern, Kim shared that she wore a lace gloved Vetements dress which she had in her closet. The fusion of the two garments made for a perfect layered lace look and even proved how Kim is her own stylist.
