Samarjit Lankesh is gearing up for his debut in the Kannada film industry, and a recent YouTube video showcases his dancing skills in the song Time Baruthe, sung by renowned artist Chandan Shetty with lyrics by Vijay Eshwa. The video features Samarjit dancing alongside actress Saanya Iyer.
Notably, Gowri marks Saanya Iyer’s first film as well, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project. The film boasts a star-studded cast including popular Kannada actors Priyanka Upendra, Rajeev Pillai, Manasi Sudhir, Sampath Maitreya, Akul Balaji, Chandu Gowda, Vasundhara Das, and Ricky Kew.

Directed by Aneesh and Indrajit Lankesh, who is also Samarjit’s father, the film’s narrative is penned by Indrajit Lankesh himself, with additional screenplay contributions from Maasti, B A Madhu, and K.L. Rajshekar. The music is composed by Shivu Beragi, Jassie Gift, Karthikeyan, Aniruddha Sas and Chandan Shetty.
