TV actress Erica Fernandes has been on a trip to a wellness village in Trimbakeshwar in Nashik city of Maharashtra. The actress has been sharing photos from her stay there and talking about the calming effect the break has had on her.
She posted a photo trying an yoga pose with a companion, and wrote, “An experience that brought about a change in me .
My stay at @vivedawellnessvillage made a big difference to me. The social, digital, mental and physical detox has been of great help. When you come to viveda something I can guarantee you there is peace and calm .. with the all the cleansing happening and the positive energies and vibrations being felt during meditation, it just makes you sooo calm. You can think straight and have clarity of thought. The 5 main things you can see around the property would be stone , wood , glass , water and plantations bringing you closer to nature and naturally calming you down not forgetting the amazing sunrise and sunsets. There is a lot more to share about this place and so I’m going to keep some of that for the following posts.”
In her second post she talked about reflexology and the food at the place. “For those who don’t know what a reflexology track is like I dint know before I tried it out, its a track where various sizes of pebbles are placed forming a track on which you walk barefoot to massage and stimulate acupressure points on the soles of the feet, which are connected to various energy meridians of the body… After this I went for my breakfast and oh man ! The food out here is amazingly tasty,” she said.
In her third post, Erica shared more photos from the location and said, “This becomes an idea place for even a weekend getaway during these times. Don’t forget to swipe to see what the sunrise looks like there.”
A few days back, Erica was in the news for missing her Kasautii Zindagii Kay co-star Parth Samthaan’s birthday party. Attending the bash were Parth’s former co-stars from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, but Erica was missing. On March 11th, Erica had commented on Sahil Anand’s pictures and said that she was sad to have missed Parth’s party.
