The first teaser of Vidya Balan's Kahaani 2 is out. In the 13-second long teaser, Vidya is seen explaining that she's innocent and is being framed. Before she can explain it fully, police sirens are heard in the background forcing her to flee.
The first poster of the film saw Vidya playing a 36-year-old 'wanted fugitive' Durga Rani Singh. This film is a sequel to Sujoy Ghosh's Kahaani, where Vidya assayed the role of a pregnant woman, who sets out on a search for her missing husband.

Does this film have a plot similar to its prequel? Was she involved in a murder again? Such questions are yet to be answered. The full trailer is expected to release on October 25.
