Kareena Kapoor Follows Christianity, Asked Caregiver To Play Ek Onkaar, Hymns To Taimur: 'She Knows...'
Kareena Kapoor's son Taimur's former caregiver Lalita DSilva opened up on Kareena's parenting.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s son, Taimur, became a big deal online, and so did his nurse, Lalita DSilva. Lalita recently opened up on Kareena’s parenting. During a chat on the YouTube channel Hindi Rush, Lalita said that Kareena is a doting mother. She said, “Kareena is very loving towards her kids. She is extremely disciplined and I think that is because her mother (Babita) too is extremely disciplined. I haven’t seen Kareena’s childhood personally, but from what she had said, I was told that her mother was extremely disciplined, always paid attention to their studies, and maintain and follow a timetable.”

Revealing Kareena Kapoor’s spiritual side, Lalita shared that Kareena follows Christianity, like her mother. “She used to tell me if you like to play hymns, play hymns for my kids (Taimur and Jeh). I used to play hymns. Kareena also used to ask me to play the Punjabi hymn — Ek Onkaar. She also knows that it is important to keep our kids surrounded with positive vibes,” she shared.

In the same interview, Lata said, “They are such simple people. The morning routine is such that the staff, and Kareena and Saif, we all eat the same food. There’s no such thing that there will separate food for the staff. Same food and same quality. So many times we have all eaten together.”

Incidentally, Lalita previously looked after Anant Ambani as well. Anant recently married Radhika Merchant in Mumbai. Despite the years that have passed, the Ambani family remembered Lalita and included her in Anant’s wedding celebrations. Lalita attended the festivities in Mumbai and later shared happy photos with the family, writing a touching note for Anant and his parents. Sharing photos with Anant, Radhika, Nita and Mukesh Ambani, Lalita had written, “I’m deeply grateful for the joy and love that Anant baba and the Ambani family have brought into my life. I cherish the fond memories and warm moments we’ve shared, and I’m thankful for their unwavering love and respect.”
