Actress Surekha Vani is creating a buzz in the entertainment industry after she shaved her head during her visit to Tirumala temple in Tirupati. She has offered her hair to the deity as a gesture of reverence and has shocked her fans with her tonsured head. Surekha was accompanied by her daughter, Supritha. The actress, who excelled in character roles in Telugu movies, has kept her distance from the film industry for some time. She occasionally gives interviews or attends functions as the chief guest. Amid this, an interview has now resurfaced, in which she lists the qualities of her ideal boyfriend.

Nikhil Vijayendra Simha’s show Nikhil Tho Naatakalu was graced with the presence of the dynamic daughter-mother duo, Supritha and Surekha Vani. In the show, the host asked both of them several questions. He gave placards of yes and no to both actresses and asked them to answer the questions through these cards only.

During a segment, the host, Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, asked the actress Supritha if she was single. She said no. He repeated the same question to the actress, Surekha Vani. She mistakenly flipped her placard with the NO inscription, shocking her daughter and the host. Surekha later clarified that she is single but wishes to have a boyfriend. Nikhil asked her to list out the qualities she wished for her future boyfriend.

Responding to the question, actress Surekha Vani said that she is searching for a boy who has an understanding nature, a good physique, a nice height, and should have a beard. To this, her daughter, Supritha, couldn’t hold her emotions and burst out laughing. The well-thought-out list of qualities of the boyfriend has impressed the fans of actress Surekha Vani. Surekha Vani married the late Telugu television director Suresh Teja after falling in love during a TV show called Moguls Pellams. The couple gave birth to Supritha. Suresh Teja died of a prolonged illness in May 2019. Surekha Vani was last seen in the Ravi Teja-starrer Ramarao on Duty. She played a supporting role in the movie.
