Gayathri had complained of chest pain on the night of October 5 and was rushed to AIG Hospital in Hyderabad, where she tragically passed away despite receiving medical care. Rajendra Prasad, who was reportedly in the middle of a film shoot, rushed to the hospital as soon as he received the distressing news.
Following her passing, many members of the Telugu film fraternity reached out to express their condolences.
