Shah Rukh Khan Hospitalised: Juhi Chawla And Husband Jay Mehta Pay Visit to SRK, Video Goes Viral

Shah Rukh Khan Hospitalised: Actress Juhi Chawla paid a visit to his close friend, Shah Rukh Khan, at KD hospital in Ahmedabad on Wednesday evening. Juhi was accompanied by her husband Jay Mehta. SRK was hospitalised earlier in the day after suffering from a heat stroke, police said.

Juhi and Jay, who are also the co-owners of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) along with SRK, were clicked leaving KD hospital in their blue-coloured sedan this evening. They didn’t interact with reporters and photographers stationed outside the hospital.

SRK was in Ahmedabad for KKR’s Qualifier 1 against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He attended the IPL match at the Narendra Modi stadium on Tuesday night. The superstar was on cloud nine after KKR beat SRH by 8 wickets and qualified for the IPL 2024 finals. A source close to the actor informed News18 that he is doing fine now and there’s nothing to worry.

SRK’s wife and interior designer Gauri Khan was also clicked arriving at KD hospital, shortly after the news of the actor’s hospitalisation emerged on the internet.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. He will soon begin shooting for his next, tentatively titled ‘King’. The film is being produced by Siddharth Anand and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. It will be directed by Sujoy Ghosh and is also likely to star SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan. Recently, it was revealed that Shah Rukh will be playing a don in the film.

Shah Rukh Khan is likely to begin shooting for ‘King’ later this year. Recently, the actor was speaking for Knight Club’s King Khan Rules on Star Sports when he shared insights into his return to the shooting schedule for the year. Shah Rukh mentioned that last year, he had three movie releases (Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki), which kept him constantly engaged. Considering the physical demands of his roles, he opted to take a break and focus on his IPL team KKR.
