The Telugu film Aay has created a huge craze among the fans. Released yesterday, August 15, the film had a decent first-day box office collection. This marks the directorial debut of director Kanchipally Anji Babu. The storyline of the film is also penned by him. The trailer and teaser also attracted good attraction from the audience.
In an earlier interview the lead of the film, Narne Nithiin mentioned that Aay is filled with comic elements that will surely make the audience laugh. On the first day, it managed to record a global box office collection of Rs 58 lakh. The crew expects more collection with more days to come. Aay is produced by Allu Aravind, Bunny Vasu and Koppineedi Vidya while the cinematography is done by Sameer Kalyani.
Talking about the storyline of the film, the film revolves around the lives of three childhood friends named Hari, Subbu and Karthik. Harthink returns to the village after years of staying out in which he falls in love with a girl named Pallavi. On the other hand, his friend Subbu also falls in love with the girl. The film continues as Karthik and Subbu continue to impress Pallavi with their acts.
The storyline of Aay is very common yet interesting. The performances by Narne Nithiin, Ankith Koyya and Rajkumar Kasireddy have been highly praised by the audiences and critics. Much like Mad, this film is also filled with laughing elements. Nayan Sarika also played a very important role in the film. The film has as a whole captivated the audience with the unique love story perfectly matched with comedy.
The cinematography set against the backdrop of Godavari adds a special flavour to its simple storyline. The music of the film is composed by Kodati Pavan Kalyan while the camera department was handled by Nithin Potharaju. Actors like Krishna Chaitanya, Mime Gopi and Srivani Tripuraneni also played important roles.
