Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan starrer Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is finally releasing on the OTT platform. The announcement was made today itself. The comedy-drama will be released on Jio Cinema on May 17. Fans also reacted and expressed their excitement for the film. It received an overwhelming response from the audience.
Jio Cinema shared the trailer of the film on Instagram and wrote, “Sah-parivaar shaadi ki thi, ab sah-parivaar divorce bhi hoga! Toh aap sab #DivorceMeinZaroorAana. #ZaraHatkeZaraBachke streaming May 17 onwards, exclusively on JioCinema Premium.” As soon as the announcement came, one of the fans wrote, “It’s really good that this movie was released in theatres in June 2023 and streaming after 11 months on ott platforms . By doing this people will surely go to theatre more now. rather then waiting for movie to release on ott.” Another wrote, “THE MOST AWAITED OTT RELEASE IS ALL SET TO RELEASE.”

Zara Hatke Zara Bachke revolves around the life of an Indore-based married couple, who is madly in love with each other. However, as they live in a joint family after their marriage, they struggle for privacy. In order to get their privacy, the couple fakes a divorce, battles all odds, and fakes a hundred fights only to have a flat for themselves, through a valid government scheme.
Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Studios, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is directed by Laxman Utekar. The film marks the first collaboration between Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan.
News18 Showsha’s review of the film reads, “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is a clean entertainer and doesn’t come off as too preachy. It has family-friendly written all over it and has all the elements of a typical commercial Bollywood entertainer.”
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan was last seen in Murder Mubarak and Ae Watan Mere Watan. She has not announced her next project till now. While Vicky Kaushal will be next seen in Chava, Bad Newz.
