Arbaz Khan Productions has signed Raveena Tandon, who has long ruled the hearts of moviegoers, for their upcoming flick Patna Shukla. On Tuesday, senior critic and trade analyst Taran Aadarsh shared a post and wrote, “ARBAAZ KHAN ANNOUNCES NEW FILM: RAVEENA TANDON IN LEAD ROLE… After producing Dabangg, Dabangg 2, and Dabangg 3, actor-producer Arbaaz Khan announces his next film, a social drama… Titled Patna Shukla… Raveena Tandon will enact the lead role, while Vivek Budakoti directs."

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Arbaaz expressed his enthusiasm for the project and said, “I guess since it’s a social drama and we have been known for making hardcore masala flicks, everyone is calling to know more about the film. Yes, it’s a social drama but since we as a production house believe in entertaining our audience, the film has written like that. Patna Shukla has all the ingredients that an Indian audience wants to watch."
When asked for more information regarding the movie, the Fashion actor said Raveena will appear in a never-before-seen avatar. He said that Raveena never turned her back on meaningful cinema, not even when she was at the pinnacle of her career and working on extreme masala films.
He added that the movie Patna Shukla is the ideal illustration of pure enjoyment meets cinema. Satish Kaushik, Manav Vij, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Jatin Goswami, and Anushka Kaushik are among the ensemble cast members of the movie.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Raveena recently appeared alongside actors from the south, Yash and Sanjay Dutt, in the pan-Indian film KGF-Chapter 2.
