In their last match, India Women decimated England by 347 runs. It was the biggest victory registered in a women’s Test in terms of runs. India’s Deepti Sharma was adjudged player of the match for her sublime all-round performances. Deepti played a fine knock of 67 in the first innings of the Test. In the bowling department, she ended the game having claimed 10 dismissals over the two innings. Led by Harmanpreet Kaur, the Indian women’s team will now be aiming to carry forward the momentum and get the better of Australia in Mumbai.
