With the fourth round of polling underway in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the atmosphere is for change and people see NDA as a ray of hope.

New Delhi: With the fourth round of polling underway in Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the atmosphere is for change and people see NDA as a ray of hope.

"Atmosphere in Bihar indicates people want change. People are seeing NDA as a ray of hope. Will campaign in Madhubani, Madhepura & Katihar," he tweeted.

The Prime Minister has been campaigning vigorously in Bihar.

Voting in the fourth phase of assembly elections, involving 55 Assembly constituencies, is underway.

The polls to the 243-member Bihar Assembly started on October 12. The fifth and final round of elections will be held on November 5.

The counting of votes will be held on November 8.
