As the battle for Bihar heats up, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed an election rally in Munger. He will be campaigning through the day in Samastipur, Nawada and Begusarai. He is also likely to stay back and hold a strategy meet overnight. On Friday, the Prime Minister will address a few more rallies in the state before the first phase of polling.
