Rahul Gandhi is likely to address rallies and hold one-to-one meetings with locals in various districts in UP.
Lucknow: In a bid to reach out to masses in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will embark on the second leg of his mass contact programme in the state from December 13.
The tour, covering parts of western and central UP, will be from Badaun to Kanpur and will culminate on December 17, party leaders said.
The Congress General Secretary is likely to address rallies and hold one-to-one meetings with locals in various districts.
A detailed programme will be finalised in consultations with UPCC chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi and other senior leaders, they said.
Before embarking on the tour, Rahul will visit the state capital for two days beginning December 10.
