Prajakta Mali is one of the prominent actresses in the Marathi cinema. Her name has been associated with many successful films like Y and Chandramukhi. She is currently at Bhava Art And Culture Fest, which is being held in Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living Ashram, Bengaluru. Prajakta posed a question to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar during one of his sessions. She asked, “Gurudev, it is said that artists bring happiness in everyone’s life but are very sad in their personal lives. They face a lot of turbulent times in life and also go through a lot of insecure situations as well. They also face instability on the professional front, financially, relationship-wise, etc.” Prajakta asked Guru Ravi Shankar how to overcome these issues. She also asked how the artists should handle their relationships with family and friends and keep moving ahead in life. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar agreed with Prajakta’s opinion and replied that yes, artists have an artificial smile all the time. He said that the artists should perform yoga, which can give them enough mental strength to deal with the adversaries of life.
