Telugu Singer Mangli’s New Song Titled Danguru Danguru Viral

Satyavathi Rathod, who is popularly known by the stage name Mangli, is an Indian playback singer, television presenter, and actress. She is widely known for her traditional Banjara attire, her outstanding songs and her performances at festival events in India and abroad. Recently, on the occasion of Maha Shivratri, Mangli dropped a song titled Danguru Danguru. The song is currently going viral and garnering everyone’s attention. In the music video, Mangli is seen visiting the Kedarnath Temple. As per Hindus, it is one of the twelve jyotirlingas of Shiva. The temple is located on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini River, in the state of Uttarakhand, India. In the song clip, Mangli is seen singing and dancing while holding a damaru. Two other background singers are also seen along with her.

The song was uploaded on YouTube on March 7, and it has until now garnered 1,078,510 views. Many shared their feedback in the comment box. One of the users wrote, “I am from Uttarakhand; what an amazing song. Full of spirituality and bliss. Divine, Om Namah Shivaya. " Another one said, “Mangli is very talented, and we must encourage her. All the best, dear Mangli." Many dropped heart emojis in the comment section.

The music for the song Danguru Danguru is given by Prashanth R Vihari, while the lyrics are penned by Kamal Eslavath.

On the occasion of Maha Shivratri yesterday, Mangli dropped the poster of her song on her official Instagram handle. In the poster, she is seen wearing a black and silver saree with a matching blouse and holding a damaru in her hand. She opted for glam makeup and tied her hair in a half-bun. She completed her look with a silver necklace set, matching bangles, and a Rudraksha bead chain.

Sharing the poster, Mangli wrote, “Happy manga Shivarathri to all. Awaken your soul with this soulful song. Danguru danguru full song is out now in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi. For the unversed, Mangli got her first break in her career in 2013, when she was invited as a guest artist on Telugu News channel V6 News for a Dasara festival special show called Dhoom Dham.
