The phone will go on its first open sale on 28, July and will compete with the likes of OnePlus 3 and the Le Eco Le Max 2.
Smartron is a homegrown Internet of things (IoT) company that's recently come with its new smartphone called t-phone. Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is also one of the investors in the company and their first smartphone offering also looks to be a legend in the making.
The phone comes with a near stock Android Marshmallow Operating system and 64GB internal storage. The device is a dual-SIM 4G VoLTE compatible smartphone with a hybrid SIM slot.
And it's a well made phone from India and and a proud one at that. At the back of the phone are engraved these words: Designed and Engineered in India, Assembled in China.
