Microsoft suspends availability of Windows 10 preview builds ahead of July 29 release
The software giant has decided to suspend the Windows 10 build 10162 and 10166, and wants the testers to stick to the build they currently have installed till the time the official version is out.

New Delhi: The highly anticipated Windows 10 OS is scheduled for a global launch towards the last week of July. While the preview builds were on offer under the Windows Insiders program, the company has now suspended their availability so that it can prepare for the big launch.

The software giant has decided to suspend the Windows 10 build 10162 and 10166, and wants the testers to stick to the build they currently have installed till the time the official version is out.

In its blog, the company notes that it will also not be delivering any additional ISOs for the time being but, will make them available again in the future.

While Microsoft promises that the next builds will be made available through final production channels, it doesn’t mention when they will be released.

Windows 10 will be released on July 29 and as part of the celebratory launch, Microsoft will be hosting special events in 13 key global cities, including one in New Delhi.
