Samsung launched its Samsung Galaxy M62 in Thailand yesterday, which comes as a rebadged version of the Samsung Galaxy F62 that was launched in India last week. The Galaxy M62 comes with a quad rear camera and a hole-punch cutout for selfies. It is backed by a massive 7,000mAh battery and has been launched in a single RAM and storage configuration. Like the Samsung Galaxy F62, the Galaxy M62 has also been launched in three colour options.
Prices for the Samsung Galaxy M62 have not been shared yet, but the smartphone has been listed on Samsung?s Thailand website. Samsung Galaxy M62 comes in a single 128GB storage option, the purchase page shows. The specifications page, on the other hand, somehow shows the Samsung Galaxy M62 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Samsung Galaxy M62 has also been teased in Malaysia, where the smartphone will be launched on March 3. It is being said that the Samsung Galaxy M62 will be made available on March 3 as well.
In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy M62 comes with a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Plus display. It is powered by an octa-core processor that, considering it is a rebadged version of Galaxy F62, is most likely to be the Exynos 9825 SoC. The smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, that is expandable to up to 1TB via a microSD card. The Samsung Galaxy M62 is backed by a 7,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy M62 has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary shooter, a 12-megapixel secondary camera, and two 5-megapixel lenses with an f/2.4 aperture. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
