The bond between a human and an animal can be as precious as that between a parent and child. When animals experience love and safety from a person, they express their appreciation by staying close and spending time with them. In this context, a cow that regularly visits a shop and spends hours with the owner.

According to Local18, this story comes from the Mahasamund district in the state of Chhattisgarh. The shop, located in Pithora town, is owned by a man named Monty Soni. Monty shared with Local18 that every morning, without fail, Misty the cow arrives at his shop to rest. The cow shows up at the grocery store, situated near the Durga Mandir Samiti, at around 9 am daily and stays for three hours.

Given that the shop is filled with food items, one might expect the cow to attempt to take some. However, Misty only eats the food given to her by the shopkeeper. Remarkably, in the three hours she spends at the shop, she neither excretes nor urinates. On days when the shop is closed for any reason, Misty visits Monty’s house instead. This routine has continued for the past six months.

Locals believe this occurrence to be miraculous. Some suggest that the cow may be the reincarnation of one of the shopkeeper’s ancestors, while others view it as a divine blessing.

A video shared by Local18 shows the cow arriving at the shop, seemingly knowing exactly where to go, and quietly sitting on the floor. The shopkeeper places a large tumbler filled with water next to her, ensuring her comfort during her visit.
