The mere mention of reptiles such as snakes, lizards and crocodiles can give chills even to the bravest of hearts. These huge reptiles are among the deadliest creatures on the globe, but for Reptile Zoo Prehistoric Inc. founder Jay Brewer and her daughter, snakes are clearly no big deal. The zookeepers, in a clip, can be seen carrying two giant pythons on their shoulders without any protection. The reptiles were twice the zookeepers’ height, yet they didn’t hesitate to carry them on their shoulders.
Shared four days ago, the eye-catching video has since then amassed over nine lakh views, leaving viewers shocked and captivated.
The bone-chilling video was shared alongside the caption, “FAMILY IS EVERYTHING. We may but heads a lot of the time but that doesn’t mean we care any less about each other. Thanks Dad for showing there are no such things as excuses. I would not be who I am today without ya and I would NEVER change a thing!!”
Needless to say, the video took the internet by storm captivating lakhs of viewers and amassing more than 26,000 likes. The share also elicited a flurry of reactions from viewers online. While many appreciated the bravery and calm demeanour of the zookeepers’ as they handle the pythons, others did not fail to highlight the fear they may feel with such close encounters with the reptile. A few Instagram users even expressed their desire to visit The Reptile Zoo to marvel on these creatures.
“How can they be so calm? I’d be terrified!” said a user.
Another added, “This is incredible! I’ve always wanted to learn more about reptiles.”
“This is terrific and wonderful!! …equally breathtaking and scary…were they nurtured by you from young ages please?” expressed a user.
Another noted, “I’d never have the courage to do that. Respect to them!”
“These professionals make it look easy! They’re truly inspiring,” one viewer remarked.
An individual commented, “Love you guys so much as I look forward to your clips every day.”
