This will ensure the growth of many jobs here.

Qualifications for jobs at Apple

In 2023, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple Inc, told the employees what characteristic attributes are necessary to secure a job in this company. Cook talked about it at a podcast interview hosted by singer-songwriter Dua Lipa. According to him, Apple employees believe that one plus one equals three. Talking in detail about the same, the Apple Inc CEO added that the feeling of working with people who bring out the best in you is “incredible and fundamentally, we all believe that one plus one equals three.” He added, “Your idea plus my idea is better than the individual ideas on their own.”

Cook also added that Apple Inc hired people from “all walks of life” and that includes people with a college degree or without.

Apple cuts jobs

Recently, according to a report, Apple has eliminated about 100 jobs across its digital services group. This job cut has been done as part of a “shift in priorities” for the division. The majority of those laid off reportedly worked within the team that runs the Apple Books app and Apple Bookstore. The remaining cuts were made to some engineering roles and services like Apple News. As per Bloomberg, the layoffs aren’t a sign that Apple is shifting its focus away from services like Apple Books. The Books app is expected to receive updates with new features.
